matt, "crazy ivan" is a term borrowed from the novel/film "the hunt for red october" Where in a submarine who is being chased closely by another submarine, slams on the brakes in hopes that the chasing sub will collide into it and do more damage to it than their own sub.
What happens from 9:50 AM until you're back safe at home is a completely different chart and somewhat of your own problem.
